Terms and Conditions

By registering for the NRA Basic Pistol Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All participants must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to possess a firearm.
  2. Participants are required to bring their own pistol and ammunition to the course. Rental options are available for an additional fee.
  3. All participants must adhere to strict safety protocols at all times during the course, both in the classroom and on the range.
  4. Participants are expected to arrive on time for the course and participate in all activities as directed by the instructors.
  5. Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without a refund.
  6. Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities or equipment during the course due to negligence or misuse.
  7. Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the course. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course.
  8. The instructors reserve the right to dismiss any participant from the course for any reason deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of the group.
